Section 40 in Chandigarh Advertisement Control Order, 1954
40. Register of applications.
- The Chief Administrator shall keep a register containing the following information in respect of advertisements and sky- signs within Chandigarh, namely,-(a)particulars of any application made for the permission to display the advertisements and sky-signs including the name and address of the applicant, the date of application, brief description of the type of advertisements and sky-signs.(b)particulars of any direction given under this Order in respect of the application;(c)the decision, if any, of the Chief Administrator in respect of the application and the date of such decision;(d)the fees assessed.Such a register shall be kept at the office of the Chief Administrator and shall be open to inspection by an applicant.
