Section 160(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)The President of a Mandal Praja Parishad shall,-(a)exercise administrative control over the Mandal Parishad Development Officer for the purposes of implementation of the resolution of the Mandal Praja Parishad;(b)preside over and conduct the meetings of the Mandal Praja Parishad; and(c)have full access to all records of the Mandal Praja Parishad.
