22. Renewal of certificate of registration.-
(1)Three months before the expiry of the period of validity of a certificate of registration, the participant shall, if it so desires, make an application for renewal in Form E through the depository in which it is a participant.(2)The application for renewal under sub-regulation (1) shall accompany the fee specified for issue of certificate of registration and shall be dealt with in the same manner as if it were a fresh application for grant of certificate of registration.
