129. Review of the information furnished to workers etc.
(1)The occupier shall review once in every calendar year and modify, if necessary, the information furnished under Rules 128 and 128-A to the workers and the Chief Inspector.(2)In the event of any change in the process or operations of methods of work or when any new substance is introduced in the process of in the event of a serious accident taking place, the information so furnished shall be previewed.
