74. Grant of registration for storage of mineral.
(1)Any person desirous of being registered as a dealer or for renewal of registration shall apply in Form-'S' to the Mining Officer. The application shall be submitted in quadruplicate in his office;(2)Every application made under sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied by,-(a)a fee as specified in the First Schedule payable through treasury challan under following Head of Account:-"0853-Non Ferrous Mining and Metallurgical Industries,
