Section 10(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Payment of Fees) Regulations, 2012
(1)The fees specified in Regulations 3 and 7 of these regulations (application fee for determination of generation and transmission tariff and licence fee for inter-state transmission) for the year 2013-14 shall continue to be applicable for the year 2014-15 and thereafter unless otherwise specified by the Commission.
