10. Miscellaneous provisions.
(1)The fees specified in Regulations 3 and 7 of these regulations (application fee for determination of generation and transmission tariff and licence fee for inter-state transmission) for the year 2013-14 shall continue to be applicable for the year 2014-15 and thereafter unless otherwise specified by the Commission.(2)Fee for part of the year shall be payable on pro rata basis to the number of days during the year and shall be rounded off to the nearest hundred rupees.
