Section 62(2) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(2)The first Vice-Chancellor shall, within three months from the date of his appointment, make arrangements for constituting the Executive Council, the Academic Council, the Faculty Council and the Departmental Committee.
