Section 253(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)Every [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall furnish to the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] and every [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall furnish to the Government a report on its administration for each year, as soon as may be, after the close of such year, in such form and with such details as may be prescribed. The [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall, while furnishing the report to [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] as aforesaid send a copy thereof to the Government.
