Section 21(2) in Punjab Urban Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1964
(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Chief Administrator or the Estate Officer or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules, directions or orders made thereunder.
