Section 11(2) in Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019
(2)The Bodies of the Council shall be reconstituted every four years from the date of their constitution.Provided that in the event of delay in the constitution of the Bodies, they shall continue to be in office for a further period of six months or their reconstitution, whichever is earlier.
