Section 11(1) in The Minimum Wages (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1958
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being nominated as, and for being a member of the Committee or the Board, as the case may be-(i)if he is declared to be of unsound mind by a competent Court; or(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if, before or after the commencement of the Act, he has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude, or(iv)if he has ceased to represent the interest of the employers or the employees, as the case may be, in the opinion of the State Government.
