Section 11(1) in Rajasthan Urban Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2011
(1)Every person who has completed the age of eighteen years and intends to do street vending shall make an application for registration as street vendor to the Town Vending Committee.
