(3)Change in course to the students admitted in branches other than the sub-regulations (1) and (2) above i.e. through merit, calculation of which has decided by the Board, from time to time and on the basis of last qualifying examination shall be allowed to avail the opportunity of a choice to join the course wherein the admission is strictly on the same basis of merit calculation.
