12. Registration of amendment. [Sections 10 (4) and 85 (2) (iv)]
(1)After the Registrar is satisfied with regard to the matters stated in sub-section (2) of section 10, he may register the amendments and return a copy of the registered amendments to the co- operative society.(2)The order of the Registrar passed under sub-section (4) of section 10, shall be communicated by registered post to the co-operative society.
