Section 26 in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
26. Daily hours of work in a theatre or other places of public amusement or entertainment.
(1)No employee shall be required or allowed to work in any theatre or other places of public amusement or entertainment for more than nine hours in any day.(2)Any employee may be required or allowed to work in a theatre or other place of public amusement or entertainment for any period in excess of the limit fixed under subsection (1), if such period does not exceed six hours in any week.
