Section 22(ii) in Mizoram (Finance and Accounts Service) Rules, 1991
(ii)On promotion/appointment of a member from lower to higher grade in the service, the initial pay in the time scale shall be fixed in accordance with the principles governing such fixation under the Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules or any other rules governing the fixation of pay in force from time time.
