(vi)The short-term customer getting reservation for capacity less than the capacity sought by him shall pay the charges quoted by him and the short-term customers getting transmission capacity reservation equal to the capacity sought to be reserved, shall pay the charges quoted by the last customer gelling reservation of transmission capacity.]
