Section 25(2) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(2)The Pro Chancellor, on his subjective satisfaction may replace the Finance Officer by any other Officer in the employment of the University or by special recruitment, in which case, the outgoing Finance Officer, if he is considered it shall be assigned some other duties in the University.
