Section 17(1) in The Orissa Wheat Control Order, 1987
(1)The Orissa Foodgrains Dealers Licensing Order, 1964 and the Orissa Wheat and Wheat Products Control Order, 1973, in so far as they relate to wheat or wheat products shall stand repealed except in respect of things done or omitted to be done under the said two orders so repealed.
