1. Short title, extent and commencement.
2. Definitions.
- In this order, unless the context otherwise requires-3. Licensing of persons.

No producer shall sell wheat to a consumer or any other producer in any quantity exceeding 10 quintals in any calendar day or to any dealer or Government agent exceeding 50 quintals a day :Provided that restrictions imposed under this Sub-clause shall not apply to storage or possession of wheat on account of or on behalf of or on the authority of Food Corporation of India or the State Government or the Central Government.5. Power to fix price.

7. Period of licence and fees chargeable.
