(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the places at which and the manner in which the substance of the notification may be published under subsection (3) of section 3;(b)the time within which and the manner in which the amount of compensation shall be deposited under subsection (1) of session 11.
