28. Constitution, powers, etc. of Boards.
(1)The constitution, powers and duties of the Boards and bodies as are under this Act or as soon as may be declared by the Statutes to be, authorities of the University shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The constitution, powers and duties of other Boards shall be as prescribed by the Ordinances.
