Section 50(1) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)The annual report of the Cluster University shall be prepared under the directions of the Board of Management which shall include among other matters, the steps taken by the Cluster University towards the fulfilment of its objects and shall be submitted to the Governing body on or after such date, as may be prescribed by Statutes and the Governing Body, shall consider the report in its meeting.
