50. Annual report.
(1)The annual report of the Cluster University shall be prepared under the directions of the Board of Management which shall include among other matters, the steps taken by the Cluster University towards the fulfilment of its objects and shall be submitted to the Governing body on or after such date, as may be prescribed by Statutes and the Governing Body, shall consider the report in its meeting.(2)A copy of the annual report, as submitted to the Governing Body under sub-section(1), alongwith the observations, if any, made by the Governing Body thereon shall be submitted to the State Government, which shall, as soon as may be cause, the same to be laid before the State Legislature.
