15. Power to authorized supply and distribution of specified essential commodities other than by means of authorized documents.
(1)Notwithstanding any other provisions of this order, the Government may authorize the supply or disposal of any specified article otherwise than on the authorized documents.(2)The Director shall have all the powers of the Controller in addition to the power specified in this order.
