1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Karnataka] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 01.11.1973.] Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1972.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [Act came into force on 01.04.1975 by notification.
