26. Composition and functions of the faculties.
(1)There shall be such faculties in the University as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)Each faculty shall consist of the following :-(a)Dean of the Faculty - Chairman;(b)University professors of the subjects assigned to the Faculty;(c)Chairmen of the Boards of Studies in the Faculty; [***] [Deleted 'and' by Rajasthan Act No. 10 of 2016, dated 18.4.2016.](d)two external experts nominated by the Academic Council; and(e)[ one Post-graduate COllage Principal and one Postgraduate Department Head in each subject of the Faculty from affiliated collages, nominated by the State Government.] [Added by Rajasthan Act No. 10 of 2016, dated 18.4.2016.](3)The Faculty shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
