(2)The Commission constituted under sub-section (1) shall inquire into and report on-(i)the working of the University during the period to which the inquiry relates;(ii)the financial position of the University including the financial position of its colleges and departments;(iii)any change to be made in the provision of this act or the statutes, Ordinances, rules and bye-laws made thereunder with a view to bringing about improvements in the affairs of the University; and(iv)such other matters as may be referred to it by the Government, and make such recommendations to the Government as it, thinks fit.
