Section 79L(1) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013
(1)The Administrative Department concerned may appoint a Transaction Advisor for the project or entrust the responsibility on officer of the Department. The Transaction Advisor shall be capable to offer technical, financial and legal advice and assist the Administrative Department concerned in finalization of the successful bidder.
