Section 1 in The Tamil Nadu Regulation of Admission in Professional Courses Act, 2006
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Admission in Professional Courses Act, 2006.(2)It extends to the whole of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall come into force on the [date] [Came into force on 18th February, 2006 vide G. O. Ms. No. 60, Higher Education (J2), dated the 18th February 2006.] as decided by the Government of Tamil Nadu which will be notified in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
