Section 1(3) in The Tamil Nadu Regulation of Admission in Professional Courses Act, 2006
(3)It shall come into force on the [date] [Came into force on 18th February, 2006 vide G. O. Ms. No. 60, Higher Education (J2), dated the 18th February 2006.] as decided by the Government of Tamil Nadu which will be notified in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
