Section 4(9)(iii) in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate-cum-Seafarer's Identity Document) Rules, 2001

(iii)is in possession of a certificate in the prescribed form set out in Annexures "E" and "F" of the Merchant. Shipping (Medical Examination) Rules 2000, to the effect that he is medically tit to be employed on ships; and
