7. Fees.
(1)The fees for a licence shall be :-(i)One hundred rupees per annum in the case of licence for a period of three years; and(ii)Ten rupees per week in the case of a temporary licence.(2)The fees specified under sub-rule (1) shall be deposited in treasury under head "0045 - Other Taxes and Duties on Commodities and Services".
