(b)A person who has obtained a degree in Law from any University recognised by law in India outside the State of Uttar Pradesh, provided that, unless specially exempted by the High Court, the High Court of the State in which such University is situate admits as pleader law graduates of the Universities situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh on a reciprocal basis.
