Section 37(1) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(1)Any Prohibition & Excise Officer not below the rank of Sub- Inspector shall be competent to enter and inspect the shop and examine license or test or measure the toddy therein.
