Section 16(1) in Energy Conservation (Venture Capital Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2017
(1)The Trustees may exercise all the powers vested in them in rule 11 and pass resolution at a simple majority of the trustees attended such meetings of the Board of Trustees;
