Section 16 in Energy Conservation (Venture Capital Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2017
16. Resolutions.
(1)The Trustees may exercise all the powers vested in them in rule 11 and pass resolution at a simple majority of the trustees attended such meetings of the Board of Trustees;(2)Any resolution in writing signed by all Trustees holding office for the time being shall be valid and binding.
