37. Confirmation.
- A person placed on probation under Rule 34 shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation if:-(a)he has passed the Departmental Examination and has successfully undergone such training as is referred to in sub-rule (2) of Rule 34;(b)he has passed a departmental test of proficiency in Hindi; and(c)the Appointing Authority is satisfied that his integrity is unquestionable and that he is otherwise fit for confirmation.Part-VII Pay
