Section 45(1) in Himachal Pradesh Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1988
(1)Any person registered under this Act shall at all time, on demand, produce and show his certificate to any of the following persons, namely:-(a)the prescribed authority or any officer duly authorised by it in this behalf; and(b)any bonafide customer.
