(2)Court fee stamps on appeal petitions. - Every petition of appeal shall bear a court fee stamp of eight annas if presented to the Deputy Commissioner, rupee one if presented to the Commissioner or the Commissioner of Divisions and of two rupees if presented to the Governor or the Revenue Tribunal.
