Section 24(1) in Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010
(1)Subject to the provision of this Act, procedure for appointment, promotion, selection, fixation of pay and allowance, and other service conditions of teachers and members of the staff of the University shall be as prescribed in the Statutes.
