Section 18(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(1)The State Government may establish a Police Training Academy at the State level for in-service training of Gazetted Police Officers, a Police Training College for in-service training to Non-Gazetted Police Officers Grade-I and such number of Police Training Schools as may be necessary for in -service training to the Non-Gazetted Police Officers Grade- II of the various wings of the Police organization.
