(8)The Central Government may prescribe,—(a)the requirements (including the period for which a Unit may be set up) subject to which the Approval Committee shall approve, modify or reject any proposal referred to in sub‑section (3);(b)the terms and conditions, subject to which the Unit shall undertake the authorised operations and its obligations and entitlements.
