Section 32(2) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(2)There shall be constituted a fund to be called the Tamil Nadu State Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Authority Fund and shall be credited thereto,-(a)all grants provided by the Government, fees received by the Authority;(b)all sums received by the Authority from such other sources as may be decided upon by the Government;(c)all sums realised by way of fine under this Act.
