HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 08/12/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that selection process requires 20% academics, 40% screening test and 40% interview marks to assess overall merit of a candidate. However, without declaring cut-off marks for the screening test, which is of 40% of the total marks, the candidates are being called for interview and even the document verification is not being done relating to the academics before calling for interview although the marks of the academics is required to be also added.

Learned counsel has invited attention to the orders passed by this court in SBCWP No.5895/2020, Kavindra Vs. Rajasthan Public Service Commission dated 02.06.2020, SBCWP No.3257/2020, Jitendra Singh Bamboriya Vs. Rajasthan Public Service Commission dated 25.02.2020 and the order passed by the Principal Seat at Jodhpur in SBCWP No.5308/2020 dated 20.07.2020 to submit that such interviews have been restrained by the court.

Meanwhile, the RPSC is restrained from conducting interviews for the post of Veterinary Officers without declaring cut- off marks for the screening test and without conducting verification of documents.
