Section 3(1)(b) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Service) Regulations, 2005

(b)"Appointing Authority" shall mean Commission in respect of posts specified in Part I of Appendix A and Secretary in respect of posts specified in Part II of Appendix A.
