Section 3(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Service) Regulations, 2005
(1)In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" shall mean the Electricity Act, 2003.(b)"Appointing Authority" shall mean Commission in respect of posts specified in Part I of Appendix A and Secretary in respect of posts specified in Part II of Appendix A.(d)"Commission" shall mean the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission.
