Section 26B(1) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(1)The Examination Committee shall consist of the following members, namely :-(a)the President;(b)the Director or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Director of School Education;(c)the President of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education;(d)two persons to be selected by the Board from amongst the members referred to in sub-clauses (vii) and (viii) of clause (j) of section 4.
