Section 4(1) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Rules, 1960
(1)For the purpose of sub-section (1) of Section 5, the Block Development Officer, Project Executive Officer, Circle Officer, or Anchaladhikari shall be the Prescribed Authority to whom a report that an animal is infective shall be made.
